✅ How to Whitelist Our Emails

Gmail (Google Mail)

1. Open Gmail.

2. Click the gear icon → See all settings.

3. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.

4. In the From field, enter: sara@sparrowsenioradvisors.com, care@sparrowsenioradvisors.com

5. Click Create filter.

6. Check “Never send it to Spam”, then click Create filter again.

Outlook
Hotmail
MSN
Live

1. Go to outlook.com.

2. Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings.

3. Go to Mail > Junk email.

4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

5. Type: sparrowsenioradvisors.com and press Enter.

6. Click Save.

Apple Mail (iCloud)

1. Visit icloud.com/mail and sign in.

2. Click the gear icon (bottom-left) → Preferences.

3. Go to the Rules tab → Add a Rule.

4. Set:  If From is sara@sparrowsenioradvisors.com, move to Inbox.

5. Repeat for care@sparrowsenioradvisors.com.

6. Click Done.

7. Or simply add the emails to your Contacts in Apple Mail.

AOL

1. Sign in at mail.aol.com.

2. Click Options → Mail Settings → Filter Settings.

3. Click Create Filter.

4. In the From field, enter:  sparrowsenioradvisors.com

5. Choose to Deliver to Inbox.

6. Click Save.
