Finding the right support for your loved one can be a stressful process. Sparrow Senior Advisors LLC personally visits and evaluates resources, providing recommendations that best fit your needs and preferences. We understand the various options available and are here to guide you through the process.
INDEPENDENT LIVING
Independent living communities cater to the needs of seniors who are capable of managing their own daily needs and activities.
These communities offer a range of amenities such as group activities, transportation, housekeeping, dining, and maintenance-free living.

ASSISTED LIVING
Assisted living provides additional assistance with daily living activities as needed, such as managing medication, laundry, dressing, incontinence support, and other personal care needs.
Care partners are on site 24/7 and enrichment opportunities are offered daily.

MEMORY CARE
Memory Care is a safe and caring assisted living option for people with dementia.
The community is enclosed and has a home like setting.
Staff receive dementia-specific training and the activities and care are designed to support the abilities of each person.

SKILLED NURSING AND REHAB
Skilled nursing provides the highest level of medical care, similar to a hospital. Nurses are on site 24/7.
Residents may be there short term, following a hospital stay or injury.
Others may need the level of clinical care nursing facilities provide long term.

FAMILY HOME
Adult family home are residential homes licensed to care for up to six residents.
They provide a homey environment with family style meals, shared living space, and typically assisted living levels of care.
Family homes may cater to specific needs, like older adults with Parkinson's disease.

CCRC
CCRCs are Continuing Care Retirement Communities. They are offer the security of varying levels of care without having to move out of the community as needs change.
Living in a CCRC is a great option for families who want to maintain their independence but also have peace of mind for potential future needs.

HOME CARE
Home care offers personal care, such as dressing and bathing, and the management of daily tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, within the comfort of one's own home.
Home Care agencies can also provide support to seniors living in independent, assisted or memory care communities.
